Products
Eli & Ben's bracelets are handcrafted to order. Each piece is built to your chosen style, bead size, stone, and wrist measurement.
- All beads are natural gemstones — colour, pattern, and veining vary piece to piece; this is a feature of natural material, not a defect
- Bead size is currently offered in 8mm only
- Personalisation (stone card message, add-ons) is applied exactly as submitted at checkout — please double-check spelling before ordering
Payments
Payment is processed securely through Gumroad. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include VAT where applicable. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Made-to-Order & Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, because every Eli & Ben's bracelet is made to your specification (stone, size, personalisation), it qualifies as a personalised/custom-made good under EU consumer law, which is ordinarily excluded from the standard right of withdrawal.
Instead, we offer a 30-day order accuracy guarantee: if the bracelet you receive doesn't match what you configured and ordered — wrong size, wrong stone, wrong style — we'll correct it at no cost to you within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for how this works.
This guarantee covers our accuracy in making what you ordered. It does not guarantee that the bracelet will fit your wrist as expected, since the size is built from the wrist measurement you provide during configuration — the accuracy of that measurement is your responsibility.
Third-Party Services
This site may link to or use third-party services (such as Gumroad for checkout). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
Site Availability
We aim to keep this site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
